Gusto Locks has been making security padlocks in Aligarh since 2017. Every model is built around a hardened shackle, a double or four-locking mechanism and a rust protected finish, then checked lot by lot before it is packed.

How a Gusto Locks padlock is made
Five stages, all under one roof in Aligarh.

Pressing
Body and shackle blanks are pressed from mild steel sheet and bar.

Machining
Keyways, lever slots and shackle holes are machined to the drawing.

Heat treatment
Shackles are hardened so they resist cutting and pulling.

Plating
Bodies are polished and bright chrome plated for rust protection.
05
Assembly and testing
Levers are set, keys are cut and every lock is worked before packing.
